1. SHIPPING

Please note that due to COVID-19, you may experience delays for both local and international orders. We thank you for your patience.

Peak and non-peak periods can also affect delivery times, we advise you to place your order well in advance, should you plan for your purchase to arrive in time for the relevant festive season.

We provide several shipping options for your convenience. Should you prefer to receive your item via normal mail, we shall not hold responsibility for any lost mail or parcels. However, our team will try our best to provide assistance.

Local Orders

Expected delivery up to 7 business days.

Normal mail: Complimentary shipping.
Registered mail: An additional SGD $3.20 will apply.
Courier Services: An additional SGD $10.00 will apply.

International Orders

A flat fee is applicable for all international orders of our Merrified Fabric Wraps. Expected delivery 2 – 4 weeks for economy air mail. Express shipping option is available upon request. You will be responsible for the additional charges of express shipping.

We currently ship to the following countries, shipping rates as below:

Malaysia SGD $8.00
Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand SGD $11.00
Australia SGD $13.00

If you are outside the above listed countries or require the Express shipping option, kindly contact us at hello@makemerrystudio.com before submitting an order.

2. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Local Orders: Exchange within 14 days upon receiving the parcel.

International Orders: Exchange within 30 days upon receiving the parcel.

We hope you love everything that you order from us, as we take pride in the quality of our products. If something is not quite right with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@makemerrystudio.com with your name, contact number and order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on an exchange or a return.

Please ensure that you keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.  

Exchanges are subjected to availability. You will be responsible for all postage or delivery fees for any exchanges and returns of the product.

Please note that returned products must be unused, unwashed and unaltered in their original condition. The Company reserves the right to assess the condition of the products before facilitating and/or approving an exchange.

3. REFUND

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.

At present, we do not offer cash refunds, credit/debit card refunds. You may choose an alternate product in replacement of your original purchase of the same value.

Should your choice of the alternate product be of a higher value, you can make payment for the difference via one of our preferred payment methods.

Should your choice of the alternate product be of a lower value, there will not be a return of the remaining value.
